By downloading, installing, or using the AI Exams mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
Description of Service
AI Exams is a mobile application that provides practice questions and quizzes for AI certification exams, including AWS, Azure, Cloudera, Databricks, Google, IBM, IEEE, Informs, ISACA, Nvidia, Oracle and SAS certifications.
Subscription Terms
Auto-Renewable Subscriptions
- The App offers auto-renewable subscriptions that provide access to premium content.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings.
Subscription Plans
- Monthly Pro: $14.99/month — Full access to all question banks and premium features.
- Yearly Pro: $99.99/year — Full access to all question banks and premium features.
Free Trial
- The App provides 10 free questions per exam type.
- No free trial period is offered for subscriptions.
User Responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your device.
- You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
- You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose.
- You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App.
Intellectual Property
The App and its content are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the App. All trademarks and logos are the property of their respective owners.
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL JACKFIN APPS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE APP.
Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the App.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date above.
